Bank of America took over Countrywide Loans and has completely mis-handled our account. They have cashed the check for our mortgage, as we have a copy of it from our bank, and never applied it to our mortgage. Still after all routing and account numbers they have not credited our account. Someone please HELP. My spotless credit history can be in jeopardy due to these careless people.
