Without my knowledge, the homeowners association where I OWN my townhome, contracted Gold Lawn Service to trim hedges. I was sitting upstairs when I heard machinery on my front walk, I went running down the stairs to find thier employee attacking my chinaberry tree with a huge electric hedgeclipper. Its not a hedge.
