I signed up for a trial version of this companies software on 8/20 as it was the only way to see how it worked. I looked at it for 1 day and then forgot about it. On 9/20 they billed my card for almost $400. I asked for a refund and they refused, even though I never used it, they never reminded me that my trial was about to end and that I would be charged, and I contacted them as soon as I received their ridiculous bill.
