I received an Award payment Data Release Div. on Saturday, September 18, 2010. The letter is dated September 13, 2010 indicating that I won $1, 400, 000 and in order to receive this award I would have to send a $19.00 fee by check, cash and/or money order payable to D.R.D. Main Office, Payments Directors. There is no number and/or internet link? The letter is signed by Robert Richards/Prize announce. I tried to attach my document but to no avail.
