I had a appointment at st Vincent hospital and the hospital had sent a taxi to pick my mom my son and me up to take us to our appointment. Since the arrival of the taxi the driver was very rude! He demanded to be paid and when I told him the hospital office said they would pay him when he dropped us off he refused to drive.
