Vance Peyton Miller who runs Advance LA is truly a despicable man. They asked me to pay a sum of $5, 900 prior to receiving any classes, and wanted my credit card info over the phone so that they could charge their standard procedure fee - a $100 deposit. A few days later when I visited the bank - I discovered that $2800 had been charged to my credit card!!!
