My cellphone, Samsung M3200, was taken to Virgin Mobile, Cavendish, on the 20809 for a repair. The person working at the shop, told me he had seen the same problem of the screen disconnecting from the phone and therefore turning black. It was taken in and i was told to come get it after 25 days.
