HomeChoice is still taking money out of my installments as bank charges. I di direct payment from my account to their account (no middle man) but each time they deduct R7.40. This is nonsense. Two weeks back, i spoke to one of their consultants (Oscar) and he said they will refund all the deductions and pay them back into my account. This has not been done. On the 2nd of October, I paid R300 instead of R296 which is my installment but they took R7.40 and only recepted R292-60.
