I placed an order for a free 10 day trial of Diet Max Burn for a cost of $3.87 on 9-2-10. I received nothing until an email arrived on 9-`7-2010 at 5:42 pm that my order had been placed. I had received nothing from this company prior to this. However on my credit card statement there was a charge for $87.47 for this. When I called the customer service department, I was told my 10 day trial period was over and all they could refund was $20.00.
