We really have a long way with regards to service in South Africa... I live in Sandton and had to drive to Pretoria yesterday. I went into KFC Pretorius 2 to get my 2 boys Chicky Meals and 2 Streetwise 2's for myself and my husband. I was served by Mpho. She didn't even bother greeting me. I placed my order while she was looking at me with a blank face. I paid and she went to prepare it. She was singing so loudly to 'My endless Love' while doing so!!!
