I made a payment on 01 October 2009 on my Game account, which has now been taken over by RCS. I made a manual payment, as their EFT and debit orders are not yet up and running. When I phoned to confirm whether my payment was received, I was told that I had to go into a Game store, from where they would fax the deposit slip to prove payment. I was informed that I would then have these funds available in my account for purchases.
