I ordered a trail but was charged $87.74 the day that the trail order was submitted. I called within 8 days of the 10 day trial when I discovered that they had charged my credit card not only for the $3.87 s/h which I agreed to pay but for the 30 day supply as well. I was told I would be issued an email to fulfil the cancellation and thus my refund, however, I never received the email.
