I have my car finance through CPS since 2007. Last week I received a call from a lady who worked at Consumer Portfolio Services by the name of Ms. Stanford. She called me at my job and told me that I lied to her about making a payment and needed a payment today. What really struck me weird is that I hadn't spoke to anyone at CPS in over 30 days.
