My 13 year old son purchased an XBox 360 from Bestbuy.com refurbished by Xbox. After 35 days it broke. Best Buy stated that it was beyond the time for return. They said we had to send it to Xbox. After days and hours of demanding that Xbox fix the console they finally sent us a return label. 3 weeks later they shipped the console back to us still broken.
