I placed one order of skin care products. However, customer service is so poorly trained and uneducated that I received two orders. I returned the second package well over one month ago, but cust serv claims they haven't received it yet!! It was returned to the Etobicoke office in Ontario, Canada. Cust Serv said I have surpassed the 90 day money-back guarantee. In other words I have to pay for something I never ordered, returned back to Meaningful Beauty and will never use!!
