I purchase my airline tickets in July and at that time I requested the seats, and never was I told my seats were not reserved. 3 days before I am to fly I go on line to print out my itinery and find out my seats that were selected were not requested by Orbitz with the airline. I have tickets but no assigned seats. Then the person I spoke with at Orbitz Iwas told that at my connecting flight I could request another seat if I got to the airport 2 hours prior to my flight. I will be in first plane and not able to be at the airport 2 hours before. Orbitz had no problem taking my money they just can't deliver the service. read full review »
