I called this Company to order a part (Out Door Dist.) They said they had it in stock. I paid for the part; just under $100. They told me to wait 3 days, call them back for infor- mation when I would receive it. I did what they said. Now, not in stock, I have to wait, call back again. Still no part. I said, ' I want a refund, ' I told them. Response was they would. Part was ordered Dec' 2010, refund requested in Feb 2010, still waiting Sept 21, 2010. Alabama Atty. General and BBB was notified.
