I bought a refrigerator, a washer and a drier on Sears.com. After receiving the refrigerator, I noticed that it was too big and needed to change it. On September 2, 2010 Sears.com had on their main website page an offer stating: "NEW Item !| | Sears Item# 04671013000 | Model# 71013 $1, 100!". I decided to exchange mine for that one and called them. They said that the exchange could be done with no problem but that they didn't have it on stock and suggested to wait a week to see if they receive it.
