My wedding was August of 2009; it is now September 2010. I have yet to receive two of my albums and the slideshow from the reception. The balance was paid in full before the wedding. The problems started after the wedding. Our proofs were posted months after they were promised. Then, it took a lot longer than it should have to receive prints. Finally, the album proofs were several months late, and I still do not have two of my albums. Since the wedding, he has not answered the phone and rarely responds to emails; he is impossible to get ahold of. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! read full review »
