bank of america is the most disorganized, inefficient fraudulent bank. they are rude, do not care about their customers . i had paid my monthly mortgage and the money was even debitted from my account but the money was lost by the bank, but they started charging me late fee and harrassing me for a repeat payment. when i called the bank with proof of payment and the debit from my account, they referred me to the research department. they promised to look into the matter and stop the creditors calls and refund the late fee. the... read full review »
