I got sucked in by free shipping, but would now gladly pay for it in exchange for customer service. Their website promises shipping within 24-48 hours, and my order shipped more than a week after that time frame. I received no response from them after emailing about the status of my order. Also, my order shipped by a different carrier than promised. My order should arrive tomorrow, three weeks after initially placing the order. I will never use them again. read full review »
