I purcchased A Virgin Mobile MIFI device and followed the set up instructions exactly. The device did not work and did not complete set up. Several calls to Tech support were unsuccessful. (idiots) it appears The device does not work with Apple Ipad. Virgin tech support wanted me to contact Apple about why their device did not work with the Ipad. Getting the service cancelled and a RMA number for the MIFI device was nearly impossible.
