I took my vehicle to Bosch Service Centre for a minor service towards the end of July 2009. While in the workshop my vehicle was involved in a collission with another customer's vehicle. They promised to have my car fixed - no problem. Within 3 weeks I've had no feedback from them, when I eventually got my car, the hooter was not working, the car had no power and it was smoking like a tractor.
