I applied for finance for a bike the finance was approved they told me that i had to pay 30% deposit i gave them R12000 of hard earned money. I was supposed to come and pick up the bike the following day and they phoned me and told me i had been declined and refuse to give my deposit back. i have been trying for about 7 months to get this deposit back and each time they come up with a new excuse. i eventually got a lawyer involved and they then phoned me and told me they would give me the deposit back the Friday.
