My third party claim was finalised on Wednesday last week. The payment was supposed to be done on Wednesday, there was some or other problem, I still haven't received payment, almost a week later. Apparently a cheque has been printed and sent to the bank to deposit. I'm assuming I'll have a nice 7 day waiting period before it clears. Great. My car has still not been towed to my panelbeater, even though 2 towing instructions have been issued, one marked 'urgent'. How does it take a week to tow a car? I'd like them... read full review »
