After years of using them without a hitch, this time they fouled up a credit card payment, sent a demand and then apologised saying it was all sorted and to ignore the message. What followed is that my account was blacklisted and removed from the site. I was asked to either make a payment by credit card by following a link that took me straight back to the blacklisted login and the message 'access denied' or 'pay into our bank account'.
