I bought a shaving machine from Nu world in Menlyn Park around July 2009. It started vibrating loudly weeks later so I decided to take back it so that it can be fixed. I took it back on 20th August 2009. I was told that it takes 3 to 4 weeks before I can get back my item from repairs. It is now more 5 weeks without any phone call from Nu world. Yesterday, 5th Oct, I decided to go and check for my machine. I was told it is not yet back.The attitude from the asistants was appalling to say the least.
