I am requiring a refund on an illegal charge on my credit card of $18.95 Please inform immediately of action taken. Phone Agent Identity Security and Resource Suite. Refunded $1.00 but charged an additional $18.95. Refunded order number 641350 dated August7, 2010. I have no idea what this $18.95 is for nor did I authorize this expenditure and consequently charge on my credit card. I also want to make sure that this company deletes my credit card number from any further charges.
