Had a very bad install and keep getting the run around on fixing the problems. Rite Rug will not help me with this issue and I have called many, many tiems over and over and over again. I would like help and they will not help me. I ca not get a refund because it was a service not the product. I wish they would just fix the problem. I see other on here have the same problem I am having. Any ideas? I like my flooring but the installers did a very very poor job and now they will not bother to communicate with me about the problem. read full review »
