My wife and I bought a new home in the Buffalo Ridge addition. At first glance you think it is well built. The front room is facing west. It was very hot in there during the summer time. We found that there was no insulation above the room. The windows were not sealed where they meet. Had to silicone them. All of our windows were like that.
