Hello, I am really sick and tired of calling my loan officer (Mr Kishan Chand at Begumpet branch, Hyderbad). I have been requesting copies of my property documents for almost a month and I have called numerous times - No response; sent e-mails - No response; I am suspecting that bank has lost my documents or done something to my property documents.
