On Monday the 5th Octotber I went to a FNB atm situated inside the Steeledale Pick n Pay. When i then tried to withdraw funds, on the slip from the ATM it indicated that Postbank was experiencing technical difficulties. I then went to an ABSA ATM in the same complex, the receipt also stated that Postbank is experiencing difficulties. I then went into the Postbank branch located in the centre, who informed me that according to their record I had made a withdrawl. No money was recieved by me.
