Parking fees at Clearwater are now getting ridiculous. You are forcing people to shop elsewhere or to stay for shorter periods at your mall. Surely you want to encourage people to visit your mall and not scare them away with outrageous parking tariffs. Give customers a choice between paid and unpaid parking. I can use the parking fees for petrol to drive to Cresta. I challenge you to refrain from the usual “We take note of your comment” and to explain to us why you charge for all parking and why it is so expensive. read full review »
