I spoke to Thulani Thepho in the recovery unit who deals with the courier companies directly yesterday the 6th of October 2009 at about 11:00am in regards to the delivery of my phone, that has been taking a month now. He advised me that he will phone me back in about 10 - 20 minutes time, but I am still waiting for him to phone me back. I am once again getting to the point where I am about to cancel all my accounts with Virgin Mobile and rather go to another service provider.
