My washer broke about 3 weeks ago and I called to schedule service for it the DAY it broke...A&E told me they would have someone out the next day (saturday) between 1-5pm...NO ONE SHOWED, NOT EVEN A CALL!!! I put off errands and changed my whole schedule around to make sure that I was home between those hours. I called customer service and she was more than helpful. She rescheduled my service for that Monday between 1-5pm...aaaaand...SUPRISE! They called at 430pm to tell me that they werent coming because the guy who was supposed to come... read full review »
