I activated an existing alarm system in a house I purchased one year ago. I paid your company over $500 for two new fire alarms and I've paid nearly $400 in the past year for the monthly monitoring. Currently, my wife is not working and I need to temporarily cancel the monitoring service. I called customer service to ask for a hiatus and was told I had to pay $750 to cancel my contract.
