I must say i see there are many complaints about DirecPath's servie but have to tell you my experience was completely different. They came out and installed my new DIRECTV service in my apartment and not only was the tech right on time, but took the time to educate me on all the details of my DVR, the remote and the internet serviec i subscribed for. I did have to call their customer service once to find out how to sign up for online billing, but didnt have any issues with them at all.
