I received mailers regarding verizon fios "bundling" of home phone, internet and television. In mid January 2009 I responded to a flier by calling 888-631-8087 and spoke with a woman in a recorded conversation. I asked for phone/internet and no tv. I specifically asked this woman what installation was required and was told none. She then proceeded to tell me that my installation date was Feb 12, 2009.
