Actually, I am having some issues with them now. Their customer service needs work. The emails going back and forth are becoming very harsh. I just needed to understand somethings. Not really nice at all. Their vm just directs you to hang up and log on. Their instant chat doesn't work, and customer service doesn't call you. They just send mean emails. I've got options to explore. I'll comment on quality later after I've received them. read full review »
