I ordered a program to enable me to download ring tones and pictures onto my cell phones. I checked to make sure it was compatable with my phones. They added on shipping costs after I approved the purchase on the next screen, this should be done before you okay purchase. They mailed my order and it was not useable with my phones so I contacted them same day. I was treated to sub-standard customer ? service. I purchase a leaf blower from Amazon because I was told they have great customer service, in case of troubles. Iused this Husqarvna blower 5 times and stops after 5-7 minutes of use, then will NOT restart without starting spray. They stated item was purchased out of date and no help, other than greatly reduced $. I will make future purchases from brick/beam stores that will stand behind what they sell. To all that travel or just eat out, I stopped at this location on September 9th, after many stops at their other locations. It was after the lunch rush and we thought we would get better service/food. Our server, Michelle, thought a good choice was the the turkey special of the day. We both ordered the "special", that was one of our mistakes, the first being we stopped to eat here. The staff bought out our order and it was not our orders.
