I have had the worst experience ever with this company. As most of America, I lost my job in 2008. I am a single mother of 2 kids. I would get phone calls at all hours, sometimes up to 20 a day on the day my car payment was due, not a day late, 5 days late, the day of. I was cussed out, told I was an uneducated idiot and thats why I lost my job. I was lied to and threatened. When I asked to speak to the guy who was cussing me out (he wouldn't tell me his name)'s supervisor. He transfered me but was still on the line and never gave me... read full review »
