On Time Digital advertises the Garmin Nuvi 855 for $469.99 with free shipping. I placed the order without checking into the company first. The first red flag should have been when I was charged $14.99 for shipping. Days went by and I received an email stating I needed to call to "confirm" the order. I did so and talk to a so called rep named Joe S. He stated that the unit was "on hand and ready to ship." That is when he tried to sell me Garmin maps.
