I sent in my used Blackberry Storm smartphone to CellForCash.com to sell for cash on 7/10/10. The company acknowledged by email that the phone was received on 7/15/10. I received another email from the company on 7/20 telling me that my phone was received in non-working order. I immediately responded & explained that the phone had been fully charged and was in perfect working order when shipped to them.
