Well, 3 times from the bastards. First they say "the item is defective and on the way back to the factory" (AFTER shipping supposedly) then they said they were sending another item and AGAIN gave a tracking number but then said the same shit so still no word. They do respond to emails, but nothing of any value, all lies. read full review »
