It has been FIVE days since my initial complaint regarding having a pay-as-you-go Virgin number swapped with my Virgin pre-paid contract number. Still, NOTHING has happened. FIVE WORKING DAYS, mind you. Apparently the complaint has been 'escalated' but no one can tell me when the problem will be fixed. All this time, Virgin takes MORE money from me because I must BUY airtime while I wait.
