I was in a car accident - end of May.I was sceptical about the 3rd party panel shopworkshop my car was sent to - curtousy cars available.I then upgraded to have a rental car. AT AN INCREASED FEE. After 2 weeks I was told that I only qualified for this car for 2 weeks. The workshop haven't finished with my car yet as additional damages were reported weekly.
