I rented an apartment from this estate agent last year. None of the items on my list of flaws were seen to, even though I stipulated that I would not pay a deposit until such things were rectified. We renewed our lease by 6 months in Feb this year, and on moving out at the end of this, the landlord is baffled as to our departure and refuses to return our hefty deposit as the agency never notified him about our leaving.
