Call and harassing even if its a day later that the due date. They are so rude. They will say things like well borrow money from you family for gas or food money or we will take your car. They on a regular basis take more money then they are supposed to out when you make a payment. When you call and ask they say oh well they should have told you there were extra fees, how many extra fees can there be? They have do that several time and have left me negitave in my bank.
