I wanted to cancel my subscription to Norton anti-virus and waited on hold thirty minutes one day. I had to leave, so the next day I called again. I worked on other things while on hold, and I never did get to speak to a person after TWO HOURS AND TWENTY MINUTES! I would never purchase anything from a company that does not want to offer a real person to talk to. I resorted to going into the settings and switching off the automatic renewal that charges my credit card. If they still choose to charge my card, I will dispute it with the credit card company. read full review »
