my mom ordered a scroll on june for my dad for his birthday in july. she has never recieved it and has tried to get in touch with them on numerous ocassions. she got in touch with a person one time and they told her that the check was cleared on july 29 and she should be reciving it in about 2 to 4 weeks it is now sept. 23 and nothing. i have tried to contact them and it is a recording saying that all reps. are busy and to leave a messge. which she has done several times with prevail. left phone number and all. still no call back. read full review »
